Terms of service
By using the Tenshi website or bot you accept these terms.
1. Ordering
Log in with Telegram, choose a product, enter the recipient’s Telegram username and pay. The price is shown before payment.
2. Delivery
Products are digital and delivered automatically, usually within minutes; in rare cases (Telegram or payment outages) up to 24 hours.
3. Refunds
- If an order fails or is cancelled, the full amount returns to your Tenshi wallet, or to your card on request.
- Digital goods can’t be refunded after successful delivery.
- We’re not responsible for orders sent to a wrong username entered by the user.
4. Your responsibilities
- Enter the correct recipient username.
- Never share your Telegram password or login codes; we never ask for them.
5. Prohibited use
Illegal use, fraud, or paying with someone else’s card without permission is forbidden; such orders are cancelled and accounts blocked.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the new version applies from publication on this page.
7. Support & complaints
Message @tenshiadmin on Telegram. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours.
